The Tigard Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a remarkable evening filled with celebration, entertainment, and a strong commitment to giving back to the community and Project Homeless Connect. This festive event, held December 7, 2023, brought together Chamber members, guests, and the broader community for an unforgettable night of generosity and camaraderie.
The Tigard Chamber was able to present a $1000 check to Project Homeless Connect by the Tigard Chamber. Additionally, members and guests collectively donated $1500 in in-kind contributions, further emphasizing the Chamber’s commitment to supporting those in need within the community.
The event took place in the enchanting North Greenhouse of Al’s Garden Center of Sherwood, graciously offered as a venue for the occasion. The Tigard Chamber wishes to extend heartfelt gratitude to Al’s Garden Center for their hospitality and support in making this event a resounding success.
During the evening, Tigard Chamber members demonstrated their dedication to the community by generously donating their time and talents. The gathering featured an array of heavy hors d’oeuvres, wine, beer, nonalcoholic drinks, desserts, and entertainment. Attendees were treated to a memorable experience, including a Raffle, Silent Auction, and a Wine Wall, all contributing to the festive atmosphere.
The musical backdrop for the evening was provided by talented students from the Oregon Music Academy, adding a delightful touch to the celebration.
DeAngelo’s Catering and Chef Sugar masterfully curated the catering for the event, ensuring that attendees were treated to a culinary experience that complemented the festive spirit of the evening.
The night brought together the Tigard Chamber Staff, Board, Ambassadors, Members, and Prospective Members, creating a sense of unity and celebration within the Chamber community. The Chamber would like to dedicate a special thank you to the tireless efforts by ambassadors to pull this great event together.
